Description
Proving our artisanal prowess with materials is our Happy 40 collection, which includes our Happy 40 Three Wings Black Vase. Each of the ceramic bodies of the seven vases in this family, inspired by the "Art Decoratif" period, are hand thrown. With the designs that have handles, they require great skill to adjust to the sides of each vase symmetrically. The necks of these decorative vases are straight, which means they do not have a circular edge at the mouth to reinforce them during baking; and the texture is hard to obtain, which means they have to be fired at a special temperature.
