Like the rest of the collection, the modern organic White Oak veneers and wrapped pitted aluminum create a handsome pairing and let the materials do the talking.
Verite features sawn planks of European White Oak in their natural state and will show all of the hallmarks of natural dried wood, including knots, color variation, and cracking. Although finished in a highly protective top coat, every Verite top will vary in appearance and coloration from piece to piece. Art and history seem to have an inspiring way of repeating themselves.
The 1960’s French film movement called Cinema Verite or “truth cinema” valued naturalism and realism above all the creative aesthetics. Similarly, the most sophisticated styling in today’s high-end design finds its voice in the authenticity of natural materials, organic textures and clean architectural lines.
