Shipping Policy

Stock merchandise is normally delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.

Special order merchandise typically takes 90 to 120 days to be delivered.

The delivery date is just an estimate. Safavieh will make every effort to make the furniture in the specified time, however due to the nature of special order furniture delivery time will vary from order to order. Fabric delays can cause significant delays in the manufacturing process and are often not discovered until late in production.

The estimated delivery time begins when the order is finalized, all finishes approved and all COM fabrics are received at the factory. Fabrics and frames can sometimes be discontinued without notice. An estimated delivery date is not a promised delivery date.
